After an inspection, based on the Telecommunications Act, the Ministry of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development, decided to ask the telecom provider VIPnet to apply for the necessary concession for proceeding with the offer of the Vodafone Homebox telecommunications service.

This includes also applying for a concession which would enable them to assign addresses and numbers, after receiving the right to go on with the named telecommunications service.

VIPnet should also regularly inform the Ministry about the enforcement of the latest decision and in case the decision should not be implemented within the defined period – VIPnet will have to face financial penalties as well as a veto on proceeding with the Vodafone Homebox offer.
