CABOTAGE AUTHORIZATION FOR VESSELS OF THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONALITY:

• OPERATING A FOREIGN FLAGGED BOAT OR YACHT IN THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

All persons operating a foreign-flagged boat or yacht in the territorial waters of the Republic of Croatia must hold a certificate authorizing them to operate such a boat or yacht.
 
If the laws of the flag State of the boat or yacht do not require operators to hold a certificate, the persons operating the boat or yacht must hold a certificate issued in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
