State Secretary Bačić opens Croatia Boat Show in Split

(photo: FaH)The tenth international Croatia Boat Show began in the Adriatic city of Split on Saturday.

The event, which will last until 13 April this year, has attracted about 1,500 exhibitors from 20 countries. More than 500 vessels are on display.

The show was opened by the State Secretary for Sea Branko Bačić, who was accompanied by the Vice-President of Parliament Željka Antunović and the State Secretary for Tourism Branko Grgić.

All of the boats are exhibited in an area of 140 square meters and the visitors have the opportunity to see the latest achievements in the so-called “small”  manufacture of ships.

The best known international nautical groups are presenting their ships in Split, including “Ferretti”, “Azimut-Benetti” and distinguished shipyards like “Sunseeker”, “Princess”, “Bavaria” and other.
