The Croatian government on Wednesday allowed the Croatian Motorways company to take a loan of EUR 100 million from Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. Zagreb to finance its obligations in motorway construction, and it also provided state guarantees for this purpose.

The government also adopted a report on negotiations which had been conducted between Croatia and the European Investment Bank on the conclusion of an agreement on guarantees on a road reconstruction project and a contract on the financing of that project.
