Croatian Motorways (HAC) today reported that next week is expected Government approval of the plan of construction and maintenance of highways in this year and to continue work on the section Ravca-Vrgorac-Ploce on the highway Zagreb-Split-Dubrovnik are expected in the next fifteen days.
Works on Ravca-Vrgorac-Ploce A1 highway were temporarily suspended due to adjustment of contract terms on a new highway construction deadlines specified in the Program construction and maintenance of public roads for the period 2009th-2012th, which was adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia in December 2009 on the recall of the HAC.
"Next week we expect the Government make the decision to consent to the plan to build and maintain highways for the year 2010, which is provided for continuation of construction works and other shares of the highway was said from the HAC authority as some of the highlights from the Company.
"Continued work on the section Ravca-Vrgorac-Ploce are expected in the next fifteen days" concludes the statement.
HAC was two days ago, on the 10th of theFebruary, reported that work on construction stocks Ravca-Vrgorac-Ploce temporarily was stopped due to the expiry of the Additional Agreement from April 2008, which was planned to complete the works to December 2009.
Afther that was reported that the ongoing development of a new contract which will supplement the dynamics of construction to harmonize with the new shares four-year construction program for the period 2009th-2012th and that, according to the program, complete the section Ravca-Vrgorac-Ploce is planned by the end of 2011th year.
