Croatia Airlines posted a net profit of HRK 42.6 million in H1 2017, after operating at a loss of 84.6 million in H1 2016, the state-owned flag carrier reported in a financial statement on Monday.
Croatia Airlines' operating income skyrocketed by 32% in H1 2017 compared to the corresponding period in 2016, and operating costs increased by 10%..
The operating profit came to HRK 49.6 million.
The company expects to transport more than two million passengers this year, the most ever in its history.
CA planes have direct flights to 39 European destinations in 24 countries. Its fleet consists of 14 aircraft.
