US Federal Aviation Administration praises progress made by Croatian Civil Aviation Agency

The Croatian Civil Aviation Agency said in a statement on Tuesday that the US aviation authorities, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), had praised the Croatian agency for the progress it had made with regard to aviation safety since the previous review in January 2008.

The review was carried out on July 16 under the International Aviation Safety Assessment programme, and its results will be presented in a report in September. The category into which FAA will place Croatia will be decided early next year.
