On the margin of the summit, an agreement was signed to prepare project documentation for the construction of the Doli-Osojnik section of the Zagreb-Split-Dubrovnik motorway.
The document was signed by the Croatian Highways company, the Civil Engineering Institute and the Rijekaprojekt company in the presence of Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and Transport Minister Božidar Kalmeta.
The project is worth HRK 79.5 million (nearly EUR 11 million) and the construction is expected to start early next year.
