Net profit of T-HT group rises 7.3 percent in first quarter of 2007

T-HT Group, a provider of telecommunications services in the Croatian market reported that in the first quarter of 2007 it had net profit of 533 million kuna.

According to a press release issued by the T-HT group on its website, " T-Mobile currently serves more than 2,190,000 customers and maintains its leading market share. T-Com records more than 250,000 MAXadsl mainlines and almost 16,000 users of MAXtv, new generation of interactive digital television."

"According to non-audited consolidated financial statements, Group revenues in 1Q 2007 amounted to HRK 2,053 million representing the growth of 2.2% compared to same period last year, which is mainly driven by growth in revenues of mobile segment (growth of 9.2%) and internet segment (growth of 40.4%).

"Operating income amounted to HRK 598 million which represents 2.6% growth year-on-year", according to the release. (Hina)
