Ryanair Announces New Route from Dublin to Croatia


Ryanair, Europe's largest low fares airline, said on Wednesday it would introduce a permanent route Dublin-Pula-Dublin after the company recently announced the first new route from Pula in Croatia to London-Stanstead.

The three weekly services (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) will commence on the February 8 and will be operated with brand new Boeing 737 aircrafts.

On July 26 Ryanair's Sales & Marketing Executive for Central Europe,
Tomasz Kulakowski, presented the Pula-London route stressing that in the first year of operations Ryanair is planning to carry 40,000 passengers on that route. This will create some 40 new jobs in local economy of Pula, he said

‘Ryanair is delighted to announce the arrival of low fares carriers in
Croatia! This new Ryanair service from London-Stanstead to Pula will provide a massive boost to tourism. We expect to carry more than 40,000 passengers in the first year of our operation on this service. A large percentage of these passengers will be high spending British tourists creating at least 40 new jobs in the local economy of Pula,’ Kulakowski stressed.
