It has been officially decided that, in the future, the HT (Croatian Telecom) will be obliged to allow the customers to set a limit to their monthly spending as far as basic services are concerned. The limit will be set at HRK 500.
It will be possible for the customers to activate this new ‘limit service’ free of charge, based on their request.
This service forms a part of the HT basic services since the HT has been declared as the provider of basic telecommunications services.
The novelty is that HT will have to additionally allow the customers to control their spending by controlling their outgoing calls, on the customer’s request, once the limit of HRK 500 is surpassed.
This new service offers the possibility for private HT customers, by using their personal password, to ban further outgoing calls just before reaching the limit.
