Railway companies of Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Bosnia's two entities - the Croat-Muslim federation and the Republika Srpska - signed in Zenica on Wednesday a memorandum on the use of the capacities of the southern Croatian seaport of Ploče and on transport on the railway section of the pan-European corridor Vc which crosses the two states.
Croatian Railways CEO Davorin Kobak said the memorandum meant that eight million tons of cargo would be transported by rail via Ploče for Bosnia's requirements.
The project of cooperation among the four railway companies is endorsed also by the World Bank.
