The 19th International Sea and Boat Fair in Zagreb has ended, where in five pavilions on 15,000 square meters of exhibition space appeared 402 exhibitors from 32 countries, organizers announced on Monday evening.
At this year's Sports and Boat Show Fair was presented more than 150 boats, and the event toured the 25,000 visitors.
To the most successful exhibitors are given awards and special recognition in the form of a crystal sculpture to the highest level of overall performance, wich are given to the company "Pičuljan Marine" Ltd. from Rab, and the recognition for the high level of performance is given to the companies: "Bravo-Makarska," Inter group" and "Stolarski obrt Breza" from Zagreb, "Motortech Consulting" from Pula, "Navela" form Pula, "Terra Nautica" from Zagreb and "TM Zagreb" from Zagreb.
For the first time in the Croatian boat show were exposed the ship "Rab 980" by "Pičuljan" company, "Orca 740" by "Orca studio", "Salona 44" by "AD Boats" company, inflatable motor yacht "Mirakul 30 S" by "Grginić yachts" and dinghy sailing inflatable boat "Bura" by Hermes.
Each day the program was organized by representatives of Sibenik-Knin County, which is the leader in nautical tourism.
The fair was accompanied by numerous expert meetings and events including the 8th International Conference on conditional preparation of the athletes on the theme "Training of speed, agility and explosion" which was declared by the fitness coach Daniel Jurisic. The international conference on physical education facilities and social life of youth was also held at the this year's Fair.
At the session of the Executive Committee of the Small Shipbuilding and Nautical Sector of the Croatian Employers' Association was discussed the preparations for the assembly election scheduled for 19th March in Split, where the Association will change its name to the Association of Employers of Nautical Sector.
At the Sea and Boat Fair were organized a number of attractiveness to visitors, and as one most attractive was premiere of the movie "Rogi ribaru" by Igor Felker, and at one of the open spaces in one of the Fair's sectors was shown the diving abilities and tehniques. Among the divers was a world record in freediving Gianlucca Genoni, as it was said in the official Fair's statement.
