Agreement signed for development of Split's East Wharf

 

The Croatian Maritime, Transport and Infrastructure Ministry and the City of Split on Tuesday signed an agreement on cooperation in implementing a strategic project for the reconstruction and development of the city's East Wharf.

The agreement will enable Split to apply for a EUR 300,000 grant from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which will be used for the financing of project documentation for this location which also includes the construction of a hotel and a conference centre.

The agreement was signed by Maritime, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Sinisa Hajdas Doncic and Split Mayor Ivo Baldasar.
