In 2006 the total revenues of the Group amounted to HRK 8,839 million, which corresponds to last year's figures. The fall of fixed telephony revenues was compensated with the growth of revenues in mobile telephony segments and Internet services.

The operating profit reached HRK 2,376 million, which represents a 5.6 % increase as compared with the last year's figure, which is mostly the result of significant decrease of costs related to restructuring of the Group in 2006 and the net profit increased by 7.1% in comparison with the last year amounting to HRK 2,058 million – those were the results verified at a session of the Supervisory Board held at the Headquarters of T-Hrvatski Telekom on 13 March, on which occasion the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of T-HT jointly verified the annual financial reports of the Group for the business year 2006.

Despite a more rigorous regulatory environment and increased competitive activity in all fixed telephony segments, T-Com still holds the leading market position with more than 1,645,000 connections in fixed telephony.

T-Mobile continues to achieve excellent business results, and maintains the leading market position. It closed the year with more than 2,150,000 customers and 49% market shares.

After the acquisition of IskonInternet d.d., one of the leading alternative operators in Croatia, in May 2006, the latter became a member of the T-HT Group. Iskon will continue to develop, within the Group, its growing segment of customers who prefer alternative products and who were not intensively served by T-HT until 2006.

As for operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, preparatory activities were taken with a view to protecting the Group's 39.1% ownership interest (as of 1 January 2007) in the company Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.o.o. Mostar., which in the meantime integrated its fixed and mobile business by merging the company HT Mobilne komunikacije d.o.o. Mostar.

Based on the agreement with the Member of the Management Board and Group Chief Services Officer, Manfred Ohl, the Supervisory Board confirmed at today’s session the termination of Mr. Ohl's mandate as of March 15, 2007. The Supervisory Board appointed at the same session Mr. Božidar Poldrugač to this function, but with redefined responsibilities - Member of the Management Board of T-HT and Chief Technical and Chief Information Officer Group (CTO/CIO Group). Mr. Poldrugač will assume the new position as of 15 March.
