River Navigation Ship Launched in Kraljevica Shipyard

The ship 'Vučedolska golubica', intended for river navigation, was launched in the northern Adriatic shipyard Kraljevica on Saturday.

The ship is the first vessel for inland waterways to be built in Croatian shipyards. It will be based in the eastern town of Vukovar and used for navigating and patrolling rivers.

The ship is equipped with an integrated hydrographic and navigation system and equipment for the collection of water samples.

The vessel is 23.5 meters long and six meters wide, with two 275-kilowatt diesel engines. (Hina)
