PM Kosor opens new docking shore in Gruz harbour

Prime Minister JADRANKA KOSOR opened a new docking shore in the Dubrovnik harbour of Gruz at which several of the largest passenger ships would be able to dock at the same time.

The EUR 26 million investment will help Dubrovnik remain of the top passenger ports, Kosor said.

The reconstruction of the 810 metres-long shore was financed with a HRK 173 million loan granted by the European Bank.

Kosor underlined the importance of this project for the city of Dubrovnik and the entire Dubrovnik region.

Infrastructure Minister BOZIDAR KALMETA, who was also present at today's event, announced the construction of the second phase of the Gruz harbour.
