Motor vessel "Orebic" stranded off

Yesterday at 15.30 pm started the process to strand off the motor boat "Orebic; Split Lines shipping company, which is 3rd February 2010. The vessel stranded in the shallow of the Gumanac board. Ship 67 meters long and 942 gross tons sailing from Split to Metković with loads of 930 tons of cement in bulk.

Transhipment cargo of cement with a motor vessel "Orebic" to the motor vessel "Krka" owned by the same shipping company, started yesterday at 15.30 hours. Reloading is done with the aim of the process to strand off and to facilitating the boat.

Last night around 00.35 pm, after reloading 400 tonnes of cement, and influenced by the tide, the ship was stranded off the shore.

The ship ss currently on the anchorage port of Ploce where it continues to further the overall amount of transhipment cargo, which will power the ship "Krka" translated to the destination of the Port of Metkovic.

During the day, divers will carry out an underwater view of the ship "Orebic, and will then HRB shipping and decide what further.
