HFP invites tenders for purchase of three companies within Croatian Railways

The Croatian Privatization Fund (HFP) has invited tenders for the acquisition of three companies within the Croatian Railways (HŽ).

As regards the HŽ companies, the Privatization Fund invited tenders for the companies the core business of which is the production and overhauling of rail vehicles.

The companies are based in the cities Čakovec, Bjelovar and Slavonski Brod.

Bidders are required to maintain the core business and their employees in the period of at least three years.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 7 July. (Hina)
