Five cruisers bring 10,000 visitors to Dubrovnik

Five cruisers with about 10,000 tourists aboard visited the southern Adriatic resort of Dubrovnik on Saturday, marking the first major arrival of cruisers in Dubrovnik this year since the season officially opened on March 19.

According to estimates of the port authority, about 30,000 more guests on cruisers will visit Dubrovnik this year than in 2009, when there were 846,000.
