The Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure has extended until May 2 the deadline for the submission of documents for the first stage of bidding for a public-private partnership for the construction of a new terminal at Zagreb Airport, the ministry said on Thursday, citing a great interest of investors.

On February 18 the ministry invited bids for the first stage of selection of concessionaires for Zagreb Airport, setting a deadline of April for the submission of applications.

Tendering will be conducted in two stages, and all qualified bidders who pass the first stage will enter the second stage of bidding.
