Davorin Kobak, Temporary President of the Management Board at the Croatian Railways

At today's Assembly of the Croatian Railways (Hrvatske Željeznice – HŽ), which according to the HŽ Act is composed of the Minister of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development Božidar Kalmeta, it was decided to recall the Management Board of the Croatian Railways, i.e. to discharge dr. Tomislav Josip Mlinarić from his duties as president of the board of the Croatian Railways and Ivica Klarić Kukuz as deputy board president.

At the Assembly a decision was made regarding the appointment of a temporary Management Board, headed by Davorin Kobak, up until now president of HŽ Cargo, and Marijan Klarić who was elected temporary deputy board president.
