Croatian Telecom Inc.: 24 January Down Payment of Dividend for 2005
Croatian Telecom Inc.( Hrvatske telekomunikacije – HT) officially decided to secure for all share holders a down payment of the dividend 2005, in the total value of HRK 813.15 million. The down payment will take place on 24 January 2006.
This decision was based on preliminary financial reports for the year 2005, as was stated today by T-HT.
The share holders will receive approximately the total of HRK 813.153.653.00, the Republic of Croatia HRK 341.524.537.23, the Deutsche Telekom AG HRK 414.708.364.51 and finally the Croatian War Veterans’ Fund HRK 56.920.751.24.
On 27 December 2005, the HT paid the mentioned share holders an extra dividend for the year 2004 in the total value of HRK 1.638 billion, also divided accordingly to the amount of owned shares.
