Croatian and German rail companies sign cooperation agreement
Croatian Railways (HZ) and German rail company Deutsche Bahn (DB) signed a cooperation agreement in Zagreb on Wednesday, defining joint activities in passenger and freight transport over the next three years.
The agreement, signed during a visit by the Chairman of the DB Board of Managers, Hartmut Mehdorn, provides for cooperation in areas such as organization and management, engineering, project management, and staff training. The agreement also defined cooperation in the purchase of vehicles, equipment and spare parts, and in the planning and use of passenger and freight trains. (Hina)
