Branimir Jerneic named new chairman of HZ Infrastruktura managing board

Branimir Jerneic, who has up until now served as State Secretary for Rail Transport, will be the new Chairman of the Managing Board of the national rail company Hrvatske Zeljeznice (HZ) Infrastruktura, the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure said in a statement on Wednesday.

The appointment was proposed by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, Bozidar Kalmeta, the statement said.

Jerneic will be formally appointed on Thursday after a government session. He will appoint the two members of the Board by the end of the week.

HZ Infrastruktura is a company within the HZ Holding.
