Adriatic Boat Show opens in Sibenik
The 3rd Adriatic Boat Show, an international exhibition of new and used vessels organised by the Prgin yachting centre, opened in the Mandalina marina in Sibenik on Thursday.
The event is being attended by 176 exhibitors and it will last until September 19.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, a state secretary at the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure Ministry, Danijel Mileta, welcomed a project by the Prgin yachting centre and its Turkish partner Dogus Group to build a marina for mega yachts.
Turkish Ambassador to Croatia Burak Oezuegergin today attended the inauguration of works on the infrastructure of the first marina for mega yachts on the Adriatic.
Officials at the Prgin yachting centre said work on the marina for mega yachts, an investment amounting to EUR 17 million, should be completed next year.
